Research
According to Captain Tom, it was formed in early 1989.2
One of the top 4 IBM PC games groups in 1990. It was known for releasing non-English releases with delayed translations. Its strong point was distribution, which relied entirely on the courier Dragon Lord.2
After one month, Twin Peaks was kicked out of PE, which the sysop Captain Tom didn’t take very well and before praising the distribution, he completely turned his back on it.1
